Dreams

Friends,

I spent a rather sleepless night...In fact, the night before was also the same. Its about 7:40 am and I feel like writing something.

Dreams, are very special. They can invoke feelings or memories you may have 'forgotten' but are actually deep inside your subconscious mind. They can remind you of things you haven't done, or bring up secret worries you never consciously knew you have.

Sometimes, thru dreams, we can also receive warnings and visions of the future. Its very possible. Some people believe that we leave the body when we sleep. Or going to the Astral Planes. It is possible, but I don't really know. Some believe that we can contact the dead thru dreams. I have spoken to my late grandmother two times during dreams, and each time she spoke a lot, but I wasn't sure what she said when I woke up.

We always have dreams, but most of the time we do not remember them. For those wanting to develop their psychic powers, keeping a dream log is recommended. Remember to close your eyes after you wake up, and, try to remember as much as possible before writing it down.

I have spoken to a few of my friends about Lucid Dreaming. To define it, a lucid dream, is when you know that you are sleeping and in a dream. I didn't know its use, then, so everytime I got a lucid dream I tended to get nervous and wanted to wake up :) And now when I want a lucid dream, I don't get them often.

You can do anything in Lucid Dreams. Some people claimed to have spent 100 years in a Lucid Dream. Some people think being in a Lucid Dream means that they are transported to a parallel universe. Some people think that they can invite their friends into their dreams. Some people are 'naturals' they can have Lucid Dreams whenever they want.

You can relax and do everything you want in a Lucid Dream. Eg. Fly, dive underwater without oxygen, explore the underworld, have sex, kill your enemies, destroy the world, go to outerspace, and also open doors to the psychic world ( I think :)

Go read more about them when you have the time. I would love to have a Lucid Dream for 100 years a night before an exam, and I would invite all my friends and we would party for a century. Lol.
